Pickle Day is Coming Back to the Lower East Side
Take a walk back in brine time with Pickle Day on the Lower East Side on Sunday, October 15th from 12 noon to 5:00 pm. Orchard Street will once again be transformed into a pickle paradise as we fill the LES with 20+ picklers, tasty pickled and non-pickled treats, dozens of local boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops and bars, live music, games, activities and the world’s first ever home pickling/dance contest.
Pickle day has something for everyone, guaranteed to please each and every member of your party of pickle lovers. Of course Pickle Day will be full of its namesake in all of its varietal splendor but don’t let that sway you if pickles are not your thing. LES restaurant hot spots will also provide a plethora of non-pickle options. Bring your game face and get it painted for a fall fest full of games, pickle tossing, pickle relay race and a caricaturist.
Pickle Day is brought to you by the Lower East Side Partnership, a not-for-profit marketing and economic development organization dedicated to the improvement of the Lower East Side.
